A1 Plant (Phoenix Lamps Division) is located at Noida – INDIA, specialized to manufacture a wide range of halogen bulbs for automotive customers – OEM , OLM & After Market segments.

Setup on 8100 sq mtr total area and 7900 sq mtr for manufacturing with three floors (Basement, First and second). Installed capacity of plant is 50-million Halogen bulbs per annum.

Present retrofit LED assembly capacity is 40k per month, can move up to 80k/month in case of increase in demand.

Capabilities:
                       We have state of art manufacturing unit, which is well equipped with all the facilities like quality Laboratory (Accredited to NABL) for in house gauge calibration as well as Inspection. Also have the capability to develop products (Halogen & retrofit LED) & machine fabrication/automation in house.
